Control • Confidence • Calm
Kids Grappling is a ground-based martial arts programme that teaches children how to move with awareness, manage pressure, and develop confidence without aggression.
Inspired by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, the programme is taught through the same structured, values-led framework as our Tiger Cubs, Dragons, and Warriors pathways.
Training is safe, cooperative, and designed to support physical development, emotional regulation, and character building at every stage.
TIGER CUBS (AGES 4–6)
Awareness • Play • Confidence
For our youngest students, Kids Grappling focuses on:
- Body awareness, balance, and coordination
- Learning to follow simple rules and routines
- Building confidence through playful movement
- Positive interaction with others
Classes are game-based, gentle, and fun — laying the foundation for movement skills and self-belief.
DRAGONS (AGES 7–10)
Control • Focus • Resilience
At this stage, children develop:
- Improved coordination, posture, and strength
- The ability to stay calm during challenge
- Focus, listening skills, and emotional control
- Respect for partners, boundaries, and structure
Training becomes more structured, helping children build discipline and resilience while remaining supportive and encouraging.
WARRIORS (AGES 11–14)
Composure • Responsibility • Self-Control
For older children, Kids Grappling supports:
- Stronger physical control and body awareness
- Confidence under pressure without aggression
- Personal responsibility and discipline
- Respectful behaviour and leadership qualities
Sessions encourage maturity, composure, and controlled confidence, preparing students for both advanced training and everyday challenges.
